For example, I say, "Check out that linebacker, he came back from a really bad injury last year, and he's trying to make it", or "Watch that safety, he hits people really hard". Women are a lot more emotional and personal than men, and if you can personalize it for them, it really helps out. there's also a book out there that I got for my wife, it's called "Get your own beer: A woman's guide to football".
