We have heard many things about masturbation. Some people say masturbation is not harmful at all and see no reason why we should be talking about it. But masturbation is a precursor to clinical depression, erectile dysfunction, and it is a recipe for trouble in the future. It is like burning a candle from the bottom.

Depression & Addiction

Masturbation is a self-inflicted injury that if done more often could mess up a man’s life. Masturbation is capable of reducing a man to nothing. It can make you take no action and thus you find yourself incapable of handling minor challenges which are integral part of life. Once masturbation has gone beyond an occasional thing, it then becomes a deep down obsession, an addictive world that drags its inhabitants into the deep abyss of hell.

Once masturbation becomes addictive, and it is usually the case. The individual will always abhor the urge to want to release on any given opportunity. Someone who is addicted to masturbation can masturbate more than 5 times per day even when the penis is not erect.

Failure

Masturbation causes an individual to fail in almost every endeavour. It causes loss of memory and reduces concentration. Just because you can’t concentrate, you tend to mess up on almost everything. In fact, it affects one’s life in every ramification. People deeply addicted to masturbation tend to spend more time in bed each morning and they are known to be procrastinators.

Erectile Dysfunction

An individual’s sexual power is limited in supply. Sexual power is at its best in our early days of life; gets to its peak when we are 25 years old and may start diminishing some time in our 40s. So masturbation distorts this natural process and create erectile dysfunctions. It is only sad to find out that a young man who has everything going for him and just because he had indulged in excessive masturbation earlier in life, would later found out after marriage that he has loss his sexual power and just cannot function as a real man. Nowadays, medications could boost ones sexual strength and cure one of erectile dysfunctions but that is just temporary. Marital Problem

Excessive masturbation affects ones behaviour negatively. It turns people that are not brilliant upstairs into geeks. 1. What you say matters not a jot. It’s how you say it. Be slow and clear (think James Bond), maintain good eye contact and come in a little higher energy than the group. If they are sitting and having a quiet conversation you can be a little more energetic and if they are laughing uproariously then you have to be really high energy. The key is to be a compelling source of entertainment in the opening interaction.
2. Play to your strengths. If you are a loud and confident guy then go for the energised groups. If you are quiet and more reserved, then groups that are quieter could be a better option. Be dictated here by your mood- so, if you are normally quiet but you feel high energy in the moment, then go for the high energy girl.
3. Dress well. It’s frightening how guys handicap themselves by dressing badly. How can you expect to get the best women if you look rubbish? It’s possible but very unlikely. 4. OK OK I know you want to know what to say. Well In our book Get Girls I go through this in detail but I will summarise here: You can use a conversation starter which can be low risk (where can I find a great bar for dancing?) through to more sexual higher risk (do I look gay in this shirt? could you rate my arse out of ten?) Or an authentic opener. An authentic opener will be where you say what is on your mind. For example, you see a girl and think she looks cute tell her; you see a girl and don’t know what to say… go and tell her you wanted to chat her up but didn’t know what to say.
5. Know what you are going to say after then opener. Have some topics lined up and ready to go so, if the conversation does falter, you will have some pre-prepared topics to fall back on.
